Added garrison requirement for Allies in Egypt, Palenstine, and Jorden of 6 units or Italy joins Axis

The Allied AI doesn't understand this change so Italy will always join the Axis in 1939 now.

The event triggers are 4/1/41 and later.

Suspect that is your issue.

Iraq joining the Axis after the fall of Cairo wasn't what I was talking about. Thus that screenshot is irrelevant.<br/>

Correct.

I checked the same turn up to multiple turns later. It just doesn't happen.

I know it's supposed to, but it doesn't actually, and so the UK still gets the oil from neutral Iraq.

It seems that whenever the Axis conquer Denmark, there are some beaches in the North that remain controlled by the Allies. Why is that?

In the game notes it says "+50 if Axis control hex 186, 10", however in practice taking that hex doesn't actually do anything. I was expecting the % status of Iraq in the war panel to have changed, what am I missing?

I'm still curious why lowering the French units on the Maginot with 50% experience to 40% wasn't considered as part of a solution. Was it intended that moving those units out of the Maginot to replace them with 40% ones becomes the normal way to play?

France begins with several corps that have 50% experience (mostly on the Maginot Line). I suggest this be reduced to 40% like the others.

The 5 Italian escorts don't seem to have any use now that there's no resource in Sardinia. Also the convoys icon is now highlighted every turn because these can't be assigned and that's really annoying. What should be done about this?

Where are the patch notes for beta 10U23? The first post only lists them up to 10U22.
