Wow..it worked. Anyway, that was the end turn report for the Germans following the 07 Sept 1941 turn. The settings are on 'even' and I am German against a computer opponent for the "whole war" campaign. Wish me luck!

I have the latest version on my Win XP. When I play it (loads fine, no probs, etc), the characters (the numerals, specifically) are "jibberish". Any helps?

I had versio 3. whatever the latest is, and the version i have now is the original from the underdogs. I tried the compatiblity option. No avail. Any other hints?

Please help. WIR works well on my machine (XP) with one annoying exception: several of the characters are distorted (they look chinese). How can I remedy this?

Well, I'm gone for the summer, and I come back. I am playing WIR (original), and I go online to get hints, etc. What do I find? Matrixgames has the "new" WIR! Sure hope it works. Anyone here try it yet? Reviews?
