During my latest 1941 Campaign Game, in January of 1944, the Allies surrendered, for no apparent reason, and I can't load a saved game now. What's up with this?

I'm running in Windows 95.

Everything works fine, except for the mouse. The pointer moves, but I can't pick anything. Do I need to have DOS mouse drivers installed?
