That is the limit that can be set for bases to restrict how much supply can flow through them. That number *(air base + Port + Forts) = the supply cap. So Darwin has a port of 3, an airfield at 3 and 1 fort, so 7 times 300 =2100.

I believe they were used in that roll due to their large capacity even though they were slow. Tangier at Wake and various Japanese tenders during the Guadalcanal campaign.

That’s weird I do it all the time. Put them in Soerbaja and use the pickup command.

I believe they are Command HQs. See Chris21wen unofficial Editors manual.

Magwe flipped today, with its infrastructure intact:

Oil: 300(0)
Refinery: 100(0) - This will remain off. I want the oil to flow south without any spoilage. The fuel produced would undergo spoilage as it moved.
