It does show up on April 27th 1944.

Is there a way to list LCU formations based on the squads they contain? For example I want to upgrade my CMF squads to Aus Inf. A list of all the formations containing the CMF squad would help me locate them to turn on upgrade.

This is what I have Version 28. The five dat files are in the main War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition folder.

I am playing V28 Scenario 3 as the allies and I have not had an issue with supply.

If you are changing the actual map you will need to edit the hex data file. If just editing, adding, or delating bases the location csv can be edited and uploaded or use the AE Editor exe application.
