If you can answer yes to both of those, you can do what I did over my 26k rural phone lines ...

I've resumed it twice with Go!Zilla. I download for about 6 hours or so overnight, so the upgrade should take about 3 nights. I should have finished last night, but my ISP disconnected with 4:52 left. Oh, well. Here's to finishing tonight.
