Re: What games are you playing?

After a LONG hiatus from Wargaming I bought War in the East 2 this weekend.

I presume there will be a short hiatus while you read the 500 page manual? (I gave up and went back to playing Advanced Tactics)

Are you by chance the McBride of some TOAW scenarios fame?

How is Vic3 compared to 2? I was turned off from the game over the "new and improved" combat system they proposed.

RE: Error 200 when trying to start the game

<t> No luck. I had both. Tried it with just one or the other file. Same error.<br/>
Problem for me is I bought TOAW III when it first came out as a hard copy, but I can't find the CD and I can't find/not available as a digital download,<br/>
So I guess I'll just have to repurchase it; so I can ...

Error 200 when trying to start the game

Getting an error code 200 when I attempt to run the game. "Serial number is incorrect"
I've added the latest patch and verified my serial number on the website is the same I inputed into the game.
Any ideas?

RE: ACOW scenarios vs TOAW scenarios

<t> I worked on a couple of the orignal scenarios and agree that they just are not that good; if the time to playtest them was available like we have now, and we had the current level of knowlegde of the system I think the in game scenarios would have been much better in the end result. I keep ...

RE: TOAW Supply

<t> An idea for supply that uses in game data might be to use unit wieght. Set each supply point to only be able to support 'x' amount of weight per turn, units supply percentage can be based on the % of wieght available to them (with the modifery for priority already in place). This way you can ...
