Yes, that is the correct interpretation of how sharpshooter ability works.

RE: Deo Vindice: State's Rights and King Cotton Q-Ball (CSA) v Gunnulf (USA)

<t> Always leave some unused rail capacity before ending your turn. Every turn you will lose 3% of your rail cap due to attrition and this will occur before any movement. There is also a chance to have a rail accident which results in addition rail cap loss. I leave at least 5% rail cap unused to ...

RE: Closing out the CSA

<r> At this stage of the war you need 3:1 against an highly entrenched force. But it's not just raw numbers it's the maximum frontage and how many combat/support elements that can be deployed that really counts. And that is dependent on the respective leaders. In clear terrain the formulas are; <br ...

They have a real dilemma with VP’s if they try and fix it as it’s tied to foreign entry and if the CSA gets way ahead in the early years the Union will never be able to prevent foreign entry from firing. I think the only thing they can do ...

<r> Jackson managed to gain 24% MC, not enough for the AOS to use the rail. My attack has been delayed and may not be feasible anymore. I'm sure Jim has seen the danger to Pittsburg by now and he'll be sending reinforcements. I doubt I can get there first. So I'll concentrate on WV instead.<br ...

RE: Spitfires on patrol

After rereading Wildman's tutorial I have got the solution. The Task bar. It allows you to switch to the type of plane you want. That plane becomes the new default, and it is a simple matter to switch back and forth as necessary.
