47/32 mod.35 AT gun produced by Bohler(Austria), and licensed in many countries (biggest producer under license being Italy; see the pic below, for Italians manning the same stuff).

As for the soldiers I would go with Rumanians, maybe in Russia.

SPWAW is no longer existing in any non english language since version 4.0 or so.
Who last revised the manual (last one was for version 5.0) simply forgot to amend it.
