no wounded, 12 planes unit, 11 planes in unit, only 10 pilots, i cannot get the others in....(no wounded in the Sqn)...

When you would use the SE Area Fleet and 4th Fleet HQ to 'torpedo enable" a base, does that only mean naval torpedoes, or also air torpedos? (i mean, do you then have torpedo ordnance for your naval bombers, without need for an air HQ?

Is it really irrelevant for which Target a Corps/Army/Cmd HQ iq preparing for getting a combat bonus?

(so its only relevant for infantry/ground combat units, to have a target hex set then?)
