Yeah, I also requested some scenarios a while back, and hopefully now that "The Hated Hurtgen" is out Mr. Wilder will have the time to fill our requests. Also Warhorse was making a scenario on Korea.

a Korea mod would also rule :p

Actually, the Gander book did have a picture of a "HE round" - Two standard pineapple hand grenades attached to a standard rocket tailpiece. Definitely a prototype and absolutely silly. Not adopted :D

<t>Hi,<br/>
<br/>
About the Bazooka HE round- I thought the Zook didn't have a dedicated HE round(at least according to Gander's book "Bazooka"). So the round is just a normal HEAT round fired against infantry, right? Shouldn't be too effective, cause there's no fragmentation jacket in it. I'm not ...

Ahem..bump

Just wanted to bring the topic up again. Mr. Amos, Mr. Wilder? Anything new from the Korean front? I'd also guess that the changes in game plans would spark more interest on the topic. Combat Leader:Korea might take a while to realize??

SPWaW feature in a finnish newspaper

<r>Today there was a largish feature on SPWaW in a regional finnish newspaper Aamulehti. It has an AAR on an online game (the Suurimäki scenario) and and some general talk on the game and some other wargames. Those fluent in our obscure language can read it online in <URL url="http://www.aamulehti ...

This sure is worrying. Does this happen on any Intel-based systems? Anyone? Or with other soundcards?

Korean war scenarios?

<t>After spending a rather pleasant night playing Mig Alley, I am craving for some more "Police Action" operations... Are there any scenarios from the Korean War available or under development? After all, SP:WAW has all(?) required ingendients, at least with some creative editing. :p I know this ...

<t>I just ran a quick test to confirm something about the assault routine: MG teams never close assault vehicles while inf-AT:s do, often with less-than-optimal results. :rolleyes: Maybe they should work more like the MGs -shoot normally with high chance of hitting instead of assaulting with often ...

<t>Just had an idea:<br/>
How about having two different fire requests for aircraft, like "search and destroy" (against vehicles etc.) and "pound the #¤&* out of that hill" (attack a designated hex). I guess that shouldn't be impossible to implement nor historically unrealistic. I think it would ...
