Hmm, yes, I do believe it may (not sure) have crashed on one or two occasions, but that's not the issue I'm raising here. Thanx for the info tho, even tho I'm pretty sure my OS doesn't fall into those categories.

C&C/Computer Control Issue

<t>OK, recently I decided to try out the C&C option in the game, and play with the majority of my units (excepting recon and artillery) on computer control. I loved it. For playing the old way is a TRUE clickfest, but just being able to set objectives and waypoints and let 'er rip was refreshing and ...

The Panther is probably a 3 vs. 5 straight-up head-on match with the T-34/85s. Combine that with superior German crews and doctrines, and you have some serious Russian losses.

During the initial phase of hull turning, when there is positive accelleration, also moving the turret would be inefficient at best and likely impossible. Late war German machinery..

<t>Ok, here's an OoB question-- why is the JagdTiger faster than the Konigstiger?? How does this make sense?? From what I've read, the Konigstiger saw a great deal of use (despite the relatively small numbers produced), and the JagdTiger was a huge, lumbering, clumsy, breakdown-prone monster that ...

<t>Just to try and burn out some potential fuel here, I will note, Alex, that the "ambush" idea pretty much doesn't hold water, as if there were an "ambush" the tanks would already be on the map, hidden and in cover, wherever off in the trees or whatever. Having things popping out of an r-hex, which ...
