Hello astharoth, you need to make sure that the ship is at anchor (not in a task force) at Noumea. Also note that in some of the shorter scenarios, the option is unavailable by default.

Amen to that. North Sea 1914-1918. Might be necessary to change a few things, like allowing for interceptions at sea, but these guys could pull it off if they wanted to do it. A tactical engine would be nice too.

Yes, just hover the mouse over the hex (and move it over the ground unit symbol also) and you will see information revealed over time. Experiment with altitudes and commitment to get a better handle on the system.

I had the same problem after it was fixed the first time. I re-installed and updated using true-update and that cured the problem.

I've seen it twice in the current campaign I'm running. I think that the unit leaders were lost both times during transfer, and the game locked up.
