It's most likely the missing word "percent", since point is repaired when RPs reach 100%.

If you lose BB turret, you need a really big shipyard, like East Coast etc.

Cape Town (90 SY IIRC) could not repair BC Repulse turret.

"Repair Manager" works in mysterious ways...

But, as I said before, it is within realm of possibilities, that it uses Pierside repair points towards those ships not inside repair drydock (even when set to Shipyard, but still not in it...).

Maybe it's using Shipyard repair points for those ships that fit into yard and Pierside points for the rest?

If you replace current map with correct one plus pwhex.dat and pwzone.dat with (I recommend) Andrew Brown corrected standard map, you might be able to continue. Both should have same files, though, and game will prompt both that files have been changed.
