I am not finding ADMIRAL INOUE in the database. He commanded the 4th fleet at Rabaul in 1942. His flagship was the Light Cruiser Kashima, which is also missing. There is no 4th fleet HQ, for that matter.

Considering Japanese only sank 4 Allied Subs in all of 1942, I dont think its necessarily wrong.
