Automatic victory

<t> Am playing as Japan in the campaign game against the AI and doing quite well. As of July 1942 have 20400 VPs vs the Allied 5900. The manual says an auto victory will be attained if one side has FOUR times the VPs of the opponent in 1943 and at this rate I think I will achieve that pretty easily ...

You have acelerated the Junyo construction also?<br/>
May be this is the problem/bug. I Have all my carriers (except Shinano) in acelerated construction in the ship availability screen. The risk of have no new carriers in 1944/45 is very high ...

RE: The Hiyo that never arrives

<t> I'm having the same problem, except mine is CV Junyo. Since late March 1942 (30th I think) I get the message at turn-end that the CV Junyo arrives at Tokyo, but next turn it's not in Tokyo or Osaka, nor is it on the list of active ships and has also disappeared from the ship availability section ...

Actually I took Lunga (Guadalcanal) in early Feb 1942 but the US carriers are still in SF a month later. [:)] Never mind, I will continue on my rampage at AI historical ...

US carriers remaining in San Francisco...

<t> Playing as Japan. It's early March 1942 and I've taken Singapore, Manila, Bataan, Midway, Rabaul and many other lesser bases. My carriers are moving around the western Pacific smashing up hapless transport and weak surface combat TFs, as well as inflicting heavy losses on Allied air. <br/>

Creating replenishment TFs

<t> I'm playing Japan in the campaign game and it's mid-December 1941. I can't seem to create new replenishment TFs to my specifications. Even though a port shows say 10 TKs in port, none of them are available to add/transfer to the replenishment TF I try to create. Same goes for oilers. I've tried ...

RE: Problems ordering from the store

Won't become available as in NEVER?? Ouch, does that mean it'll never enjoy the widespread distribution channels that UV and other Matrix games had? Double ouch :P

Problems ordering from the store

<t> Hi <br/>
I've tried using 2 separate Visa cards to order WITP but keep getting the error message "information entered is inaccurate/incomplete". I've used the same cards to order online from various vendors with no glitches. Am currently based in Asia but have tried ordering from the Australia ...

<t>Hi<br/>
<br/>
I don't get CTDs as such, but every so often the game hangs on me. Always happens just after the combat resolution screen pops up. I can move the mouse cursor around but can't do anything else. Clicking on the 'done' button doesn't do anything, and alt-tab and ctrl-alt-delete don't ...

<r>The air strike routine heavily favours the Luftwaffe; the VVS is quite useless until 1944 and even then. While the current house rules do help curb a single HQ pounding crap out of a single enemy target, but historically many units had the *** pounded out of them, e.g. Germans in Normandy/Bulge ...

By "yes" do you mean the problem has been fixed or are the house rules still needed to circumvent this airstrike issue?<br/>

Hi and some questions

<r>Hi<br/>
<br/>
Happened to stumble across this forum by chance. I used to play GG's v1.0 like 10 years back and this looks great. Of course I haven't played the game for eons and will take awhile to reacclimate. <E>;)</E><br/>
<br/>
2 questions: I read that v3.2 has reworked the airstrike routine ...
