Disabling my anti-virus program seemed to work. Although it previously stated the game was whitelisted when first started. *shrug*

Eventually dug up a solution to a similar issue.

I had changed the Brightness/Contrast settings a bit in Player Options. After resetting them to 0, it was back to normal.

Dunno.. the mouse cursor acts like it does when there's a delay set in a game engine.

I believe it's usually called "Mouse Smoothing" or "Cursor Smoothing".

Why is there a mouse cursor delay? That stuff drives me nuts. This isn't a console game!
