Admiral DadMan wrote: Mon Oct 20, 2025 11:58 am I can recommend three solutions.

One change your RAM settings in the batch file,

Two you can clear out the bios battery which involves unplugging the power source, and holding the start button down from a cold startup, or

Three delete the database and start over.
What's this RAM variable.. ?

Re: WitPTracker AE Release 1.11 Available!

After successfully running WitpTracker on my current PBEM game for some 820 turns (!!) I suddenly ran into this problem with Tracker:

Scenario 1: Down Bird

I feel like a retard but I cannot understand on how to complete the scenario. I'm supposed to do something to the "Aircraft Wreck" to gain enough points to score a Win on the scenario but I cannot figure out what I'm meant to do.

Any help.. ?

Re: Updated 30/07/2022: Bottlenecks in the Pacific v1.3b

Just dropping you a note LST that we are at turn 655 with the1henson playing Bottlenecks v1.3 with simplified R&D.

No major issues with the mod so far. I'm playing Japan and after quite some effort I've now conquered the whole of China. We are engaged very seriously in the Marianas, Timor and and ...

Re: night torpedo attack

Has anybody actually witnessed a night time torpedo bombing attack by the IJN?

I'm flying several squadrons of Nell's and Betty's at night with torpedos but they for some reason only attack with normal bombs (and never score a hit, even at ships in a harbour sitting there as static bait).

And all ...

Re: Winning PBEM as Japan

Did A-bombs or the Russian invasion cause the final surrender of Japan?

It's a subject worthy of anyone's time and there are two remarkable & important books on the subject:

Looking for Allied opponent

<r> Hi,<br/>
<br/>
After some bad luck trying to setup a game, a worthy opponent ran into some unforseen real-life commitments and looks like we have to abandon.<br/>
<br/>
I'm looking for a allied opponent for some of the modded scenarios on the latest beta. I'd like to keep it historical. As a ...

Multiplayer

Hi,

I can't get multiplayer to work with a pal, we both get the same error "Get forum root failed. User name or password incorrect".. I also experienced a lot of login problems. No firewall issues, I checked that :)

PO problems

<t> One of the greatest things I've always liked about TOAW is that the PO is so tough. I've burned maybe something like 2,000 hours against it. This was one of the major motivations for me to purhcase TOAW IV. <br/>

I think there is something wrong with the PO in some scenarios ...

RE: Issue with Clicking and Scrolling

I did both: safelisted the both folders and set "nosound=Y" (not "nosound = Y" as ralphtricky suggested), no change. My turn plays well, PO runs it's turn (it actually gets a bit sluggish during the last 20% of the PO turn for the PO too :) and then the sluggishness spreads to me too.
