If not fully customizable, maybe a maximum reinforcement limit of three strength points per unit per turn. Not very realistic for capital ships but fair enough.

I'm getting a little tired of capital ships being reduced to one strength point and then reinforced to full strength on the very next turn. Is there any way to set a maximum limit ...

RE: Difficult Levels + Japan behaving strangely

<t> Yeah the AI is bad. REAL bad. AI Germans don't even know how to invade Russia. I'm just finishing up my second game ever (both times as Russia) and in the first game's Winter Counteroffensive, I surrounded a huge pocket of Germans, maybe 20 units altogether, and massacred them. That was the game ...

editor for v3.2?

<r>Hello hopefully this will be a simple question (of course to the uninitiated, questions concerning aircraft range and bombload can seem very simple  ).<br/>

What is/are the best editor(s) for pacwar 3.2 and where do I get it/them?<br/>

<r>I partially confirmed this. I set up a two player campaign 1941 game, even balance, no historical first move. I ran it through the first year of the war, to December 13 1942. With all HQs on full computer control the Japanese did not take a single base in the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia or ...
