<t> I believe somewhere there is a matrix (no pun intended!) that shows you the ranges for each vic type and I believe this is related to the type of game you play. (Assault, advance etc.) which I believe is why you do not see too many PBEM games played as "assaults".<br/>

My thought on the orders delay is that with each commander running say 15 minutes off the clock and then sending the game turn ...

I met Mike in Los Angeles back in 2000 at E3 with a bunch of the Matrix guys, and we had an awesome time. He's a great guy, uber programmer, and one of the mainstays of SPWAW.
