I think that K-62 means an estimated CV of greater than 3 but I am sure he will clarify this point in his next post.

Is there a PDF PacWar manual like for WiR, I realize that there is a tutorial but it isn't really detailed and I couldn't find any pdf manual in the files.

If someone could help me out that would be great.
