Guys -

Why don't you avoid this problem by simply playing against humans - instead of the AI.

I should clairify one point. I say no units are eligible for auto-refit. The reason I believe that to be true is that none of my units have little gold traingle gas gauge markers. All of the gas guage markers are grey.
