RE: supply problem

Athens was just captured, and is not yet a secondary. The supply bug was there prior to the Athens attack, so is unrelated to Athens.

supply problem

<t> I ran into a supply problem. <br/>
<br/>
Bulgarian units on the coast of Greece are not in supply. <br/>
<br/>
The weather is good, and there are Italian convoys in the east med and Italian coast.<br/>
The Bulgarians should be able to trace a basic supply path through Trieste to Munich.<br ...

RE: crash bug when cp removed

Found the bug report in the games folder. If you tell me an email address I can send it without using the broken in-game email sender.

RE: crash bug when cp removed

Here is the save that goes with the bug report/new variant. Rail move one of the HQA's in Spain/Portugal to trigger bug.

RE: crash bug when cp removed

The bug report is from a little later, when trying to rail a German HQA in Spain.
Again, the problem is likely triggered by there being no convoy point in Cape St. Vincent, combined with the complex supply situation in Marocco/Spanish Marocco

RE: crash bug when cp removed

I tried to submit bug report mail, but it's to large for gmail to want to send it.

If there is a way I can save and upload the bug report I can do that.
For now, here is a screen of the call stack, should help you figure out what code crashes.

RE: crash bug when cp removed

Here is a more direct comparison, saved just before crash (non-crash in this save). Same as crash-svae, only difference is the cp in CSV.

crash bug when cp removed

<t> Hi, we're playing 4.2.1.2<br/>
<br/>
We encountered an issue where removal of a cp in CSV caused the game to crash (infinite loop?) at the end of the impulse.<br/>
<br/>
I tested a few variants to see what the problem was, and indications are that the hang at end of impulse is triggered by ...

Need Mwif on laptop

<t> Hi, I'm going away skiing for a week (lucky me!), and cant bring my PC. How do I download and install my copy of mWif on my laptop?<br/>
I can only find patch download links, that won't install unless I have the full game installed. Where/how do I download the full game so I can continue my ...

whiteprint SS winterized or not

Hi, with the game comes 2 2d10 charts, one PDF and one jpg.

One says the whiteprint SS is winterized, the other doesn't. Which is correct? I think the game implements that it is not?

Something's confusing me.<br/>
<br/>
There's still no chain all the way back to Japan. Mogadishu only borders the Azanian sea, not the Arabian sea. Japan doesn't have any 5 moving transports on the first turn, so that means you can't ...

RE: Advice on Japanese Strategy

<t> I think a missing strategy that needs mention is Persia.<br/>
<br/>
Either as a defence to russian invasion of Persia, or as an attack.<br/>

Defense:<br/>
In this scenario, Japan reacts to USSR attacking Persia (for the 3 oil, typically followed by 2 more in Iraq).<br/>
Japan must ...

Also, there are gearing limits.

For each (gearing) type of unit, you may at most build one more unit than you built the previous turn

RE: Modifications to MWiF Caucasus Map portion

<r> <QUOTE><s>
</s>I do not support just putting Yerevan on the map at all. Non-Russian cities would be extremely unlikely to make effective military bases and recruitment centers for the Soviets in a part of the world greeting the Germans with flowers in 1942. <e>
</e></QUOTE> <br ...
