The Japanese player needs to add -cd to the command line flags.

They will then be able to change the turn cycle (within the turn not from the main menu).

I will likely do an AAR once we get going properly. These initial turns are big undertakings.

I can guarantee 100% reliability, except for unforeseen illness etc. Really itching to get another game going as my current one has become very slow.
