RE: NTDS Symbols Avialabl??

Thank you.  And with a name like Leyte you would almost have to be into naval warfare! [8D]

NTDS Symbols Avialabl??

Can you select these in this edition?

Thinking of buying but all the screenies I see have the "little ship/plane" symbols and I just don't like that look. I want more of an AEGIS screen feel.

Thanks.

Does anybody know when the release date is? According to Ubi, its "sometime in november", whereas according to ebgames it is today (although it still says "pre-order".

RE: does UV run on Windows xp?

XP CAN be problematic for some older games - but we must be clear here in terms of what "older" game means - that would be anthing before say 1999. Otherwise you should have no problems.

BTW, UV is NOT an older game.

RE: Can Someone Please Explain What the Delay Settings Do?

<t> So…let me see if I have this straight – setting it to, say, 1.00 minute will give me a bare bones end of battle description, while setting delay to, say, 3 minutes will give me more detail. And…if I hit DONE before the animation finishes I will not get much info at all. Yet, the end of turn AAR ...

RE: Just Got UV

That would be nice. Actually, the manual is pretty good - and I'm taking my time going through it - using scenaro #1 as my "test bed". I expect that by the end of this week i will be able to actually play a scenario. The leve of detail is really a wonder to behold.
