How large was the Chinese army in Burma

<t> When I play the most important house rule I suggest is you need to pay PP to cross borders if your command is restricted. It feels like the rule the game engine could not provide.<br/>
<br/>
I of course have some exceptions, the Thai units, and would like to suggest the Chinese Expeditionary ...

RE: Surface combat

<t> Not sure where I read it, but I can recall the advise of not mixing BB and CA, use one or the other. This means as many BB as is feasible and enough escorting DD's. TF composition depends on AA and DC for the DD's and then more often speed for the heavy units.<br/>

Any one play with PDU off? How does it affect game play?

<t> I guess most people play with PDU on, greater control, ability to manage aircraft better.<br/>
<br/>
I was reading an AAR the other day and noticed the massive Japanese air building program, losing 3 aircraft for every 2 allied aircraft and it was clear this was a great victory and the ...

RE: Naval Attack Can't Select any Target!

<t> Have to say while I really like the random nature in much of the game, this feature of targeting ships "parked" at a major base with serious CAP is an issue. I believe the issue is players "gaming" this mechanic, I doubt it was ever considered when writing the code.<br/>

RE: NON-PH Openings

<t> Have to say I am becoming more interested in the non historical starts. Not one of my PBEM games have I ever, as Japan, done anything close to historical damage. In my last game I sank 0 BB's at PH (with 2 days of air attacks), and it took until mid 42 before I captured Singapore. Something I ...

RE: IJN Player Wanted DaBigBabes-C

Would you consider AndyMac's Hakku Ichiu Scen002, ported to DaBigBabes system?

It is based on DBB - C with the extra Scen 2 OOB with stacking limits.

Historical First turn off - I am wanting to try a port attack on Manila, not PH.

For the most part no. A few Allied ships had radar but it was the crudest type and not reliable. Almost all were equipped with the 1.1 inch AA as well. I don't think any Japanese ship had radar at this stage and most had pitiful AA armament ...

Twin Engine Fighters (and some training questions)

<t> Received my first Ki-45's and wondering how other players use their 2E fighters? I like the look of the A model with the high accuracy 20mm, I am thinking of the traditional anti bomber role. <br/>
