I have a save from a game where the same thing is happening at Tulagi however it's a scenario that I edited too not one of the default ones. So I don't know if you want to check that out.

I had the same problem in recent game... but it was at Tulagi.&nbsp; It didn't matter what kind of TF.&nbsp; I couldn't transfer ships out of the TF into the port unless I disbanded the whole TF.
