Too young to have taken the acid test myself, so I remember the 70's quite well. What a crap decade that was...

Well, there was the night three of us spent playing the Battle of Trafalgar (SPI's Frigate!)under those conditions. Talk about the Fog of War!!! We had a blast... Sometime during the night a girl who was after me came by. She got pretty pissed off about how little I was interested in her that night. If I could find the game, I could read to you the little notes she wrote in the margins of the CRT sheet...

Gold doesn't react to most acids as other metals do, but does react to nitric acid. To confirm that a find was gold they used this acid in 'the acid test'!!

Thanks Matrix and dedicated WITP fans. I love this game and have been waiting for this patch. Matrix never disappoints me. I wish every company gave as good service.
