I too think Nik's mod is EXCELLENT. That Nik Bloke is a really smart guy. I think he should be elected President.

[:D]

Don't let Nik hear you say that. He'll be unbearable.[:D]

Nik for 2020 !

Prepare for a visit from the Easter Bunny.

day-umm, and I thought the kitten was tough.[;)]

It occurs to me that the kitten must be gunning for the evil Easter bunny. It all makes sense now.
Fear the kitten!

Alright, the anti-animal hater sensitivity squad will be comming after you soon ... (I had to fire someone at work one time for showing a dead animal pick to an animal lover - the HR process was long and "educational") ...

My guess, "emotional abuse of a co-worker".
This game does not have a learning curve. It has a learning cliff.

The definition of "harrassment" includes "creating a hostile work environment" ... with hostile being in the eyes of the beholder ... in other words if a person "feels" uncomfortable enough that their work is impacted, then there is an issue. The cased involved more than the one incident, but that was the "event" that "broke the cammels back" so to speak - the "trigger" for the exodus.

Unfortunately, there is no middle ground. All offensive acts are treated with the same "firmness". Lets say I take a stuffed animal and stick pins in it (a la voodoo doll). It is treated the same as if I hung an actual dead cat from the light fixtures.

The company will react to protect itself from lawsuits. (As jurys are treating the legal system like a "You win the lottery"!)

The moral of the story: THINK before you act. (Joking or not.)
