Sorry guys. I thought I'd be able to give you a better show, but it looks like the real entertainment is being provided by the crafty panguin who has no time to post. [:(]

Onime, don't be hard on yourself.........we're not yet into 1942....you should be in pain.........I'm allowed the next 6 months of fun........then we get a year of being on equal footing......and the you get to kick my A** for 2-3 years.........

I don't think that anyone is surprised since it's the beginning of the war...[:'(]

Thats true, Yava, but I've been either extra stupid or damned unlucky with those PH BBs. My personal opinion leans towards the former. Faber is right, I wont really miss them, but my own stupidity comes a s a bit of a shock. [:D]

On other news, several more turns have gone by fairly uneventfully. Faber is about to take Rabaul, has taken Dili but his campaigns in China and Malaya seem to have stopped for a bit of a breather. With that landing at Jambi (sp?) now unopposed, he'll have a firm foothold, meaning that the DEI has not long to live.

Out of BB's

The Repulse is gone as well? When did that happen? (Oh, well, we can still root for the Boise . . .)
Civil war? What does that mean? Is there any foreign war? Isn't every war fought between men, between brothers?

Kongo hurt her, engine room hit IIRC. Nells finished her off. And the Boise didnt fare so well either. Oddly enough, the Marblehead is barely scratched.
