Do I have to pay for this file? It seems like I do. I would just like to be able to see a backround in my top right corner, anything beside black. Since trying to install the mod, I can't even get it back after uninsalling and reinstalling.

Absolutely no, you must click on "Free" in the bottom left corner, then wait some seconds, enter the three caracters after "No premium-user. Please enter" in the new page and click the right button to download the file.

If you have some files in AltGraphics backup them before add my mod (or rename the directory and create another AltGraphics), to delete my mod you must simply delete my files in AltGraphics.

SO I am having a small problem after installing this mod.

All of the units look just fine, but I do not have the terrain background behind the selected unit (upper right-hand corner) The background is now always black.

Everything else looks fine.

Any ideas?

You must delete all the files in AltGraphics with prefix Bk_.

I have modified marshes files (thanks to Telumar for ispiration!) so new version is 2.41.

Download links:

Download jm_mod_toaw3_2.41.zip from zShare - 5.66MB (contains all my files)

If you need just the new marshes files you can download only the update to 2.41:

Download update to 2.41 from zShare - 0.19MB

I have modified . . .

Appreciate your effort at making alternative graphics. Truly excellent. I have done a few graphics myself and I can appreciate the time you have put into your work. Also, as you can see from the responses, the gaming community is very appreciative of your work.

I like to use your roads and a R/R mod that I pick up from elsewhere. Your marsh, snow pack and airport mods also look pretty good. Think I will have to give them a try.

However, the forest mods do not appear to be appropriate for the scale of T3. The trees seem to be spaced so far apart. Think they are a better representation of the tactical level at one (or lower) km pre hex. Fortunately everything is all up to the individual’s preference. Thank you again for providing a selection.

You are right, I am never satisfied with my work so every comment is precious. Below is a screenshot of a new version of trees (woods, forest, alpine), I am trying to have a good looking but without hidden the other terrains in the same hex:

I have resolved a small bug, using my dark Bk files (backgrounds of the Unit Panel) 3d figures were hidden in some terrain, simply unzip the file in AltGraphics overwriting old files.

Hey,
Stupid question.  I am assuming all your terrian files go into altgraphics folder, but what about the other files like gui and counters, i am a bit confused on where to put those.
Thanks

All the files go into AltGraphics. You can also use some graphics just in one scenario putting some files in a folder of their own named with the exact same name as the scenario file. That folder can be located either in the AltGraphics or Graphics folders.

The grey ones are the most important ones [;)]. Looks very good, looking forward to it! The first non-rounded ones i like.
