That is two days in a row that the Imperium has launched annoyance raids on Port Moresby.  Those IJN bombers don't carry enough load to do any real damage.  And the act of sending them risks the one thing the enemy has successfully avoided to this point--loss of pilots.  The allied command does not know what to make of this development (as I do not believe that he is really interested in capturing it).
