Just downloaded, no problems with that, file seemed fine (about 161mb).
However, whenever I load the game the screen does not stay in "the middle" of the monitor. The initial movie does not load correctly either. Below is a Screenshot of what my game looks like upon loading.
Thanks,
SoM

Redownloaded and reinstalled on another Hard Drive - no change.
Redownloaded DirectX9 (said I was up-to-date) - no change.
Redownloaded nVidia drivers, uninstalled old drivers and installed new ones - no change.
Changed to numerous resolutions and refresh rates - no change.
I'm wondering if the key might be in the fact that the intro movie does not play. That seems highly odd to me. I will experiment more, as you research.
First time I had a glitch with a Matrix program! I guess we all get a run of bad luck, eh? Shame, cause this was the release I am most excited about! I have faith though, you all are pros.

I switched off my anti-virus and Zonealarm to re-DL again and reinstall. Just making sure this was not accidentally corrupting things.
I also used the compatibility mode on the .exe, switching it to Windows ME/98 and putting it on the 640x480 setting and the "standard text" setting. Still no dice.

Oh Erik... here is something to try. Can you enter the "Grand Campaign" then save the game and upload it here. I can't get to the New Game button, but I can hit the load game button. I wonder if the problem persists past the loading screen.

Ok, I did get a change. I used this Indeo 5.11 installer below. Once I did this, I actually got the intro movie to load! However, the screen distortion remains the same.
