As for the Japanese, they have lost a handful of DDs and 3 CLs.
Yes...you read it right. The Japs have lost the sum total of 3 CLs. Naturally theyve lost some assorted AKs, MSWs, and PCs...but thats about it.
As you might imagine, defeating this evil empire is no small order. The industrial base of the Empire must be astounding, in fact this is the first time Ive come across a Japanese Empire spanning all of continental asia, aswell as northern Australia.

Did Churchill really use the word "compunction" in that quote? If so, the quote makes no sense. Compunction means "unease or doubt created by wrongdoing." So if Churchill used compunction, he was saying, "We ask no favors from the enemy, we seek from them no unease or doubt created by wrongdoing." Huh?
