RE: Rabaul Port Raid

Post by bigred »

The IJN surface looks to have made a run to Kiriwina and hit a mine as it returned to Rabaul.  This time the allied LBA reacted and did some damage.

It´s also good to make allied air losses close to the Japanese. You´re bouncing bombs off of armor and losing aircraft, nothing more.

The day brings interesting results. The combat report shows massive hits on a surface TF but my part of the replay never showed me the results.

Do not pay attention to the Combat Replay visual. No Battleships were attacked. The combat text file I send will be correct though.

This is a very old issue that was never fixed. Fortunately Carrier Force is going to have these things fixed. So when Carrier Force is released our great grand children will be able to see correct combat replay visuals.

Ike has been placed on a 2 week ban from our forum.  We all miss Ike99 and he promises to return in style.  The IJA has been removed from souther NG.  Both sides are resting and refitting.  Minor scirmishes have occured across the front.
