My Questions/Suggestions for WCS Thread :)

This sequel to the award-winning Crown of Glory takes Napoleonic Grand Strategy to a whole new level. This represents a complete overhaul of the original release, including countless improvements and innovations ranging from detailed Naval combat and brigade-level Land combat to an improved AI, unit upgrades, a more detailed Strategic Map and a new simplified Economy option. More historical AND more fun than the original!

ORIGINAL: Russian Guard

But it would be interesting if there was a way to sell off surplus items, even if at a major discount.
Actually, that's what happens when you trade something for money. I've traded excess stuff all the time for money, but I usually take a bath on the price. If I'm deparate enough for cash, or just have too much of something else, I'll see if I can find a buyer.
Occasionally, and randomly, problems and solutions collide. The probability of these collisions is inversely related to the number of committees working on the solutions. -- Me.

Barbarossa- I can't reply to design questions, but, a few answers come to mind.

#5. They all cost the same number of points, I'm pretty sure.

#6. Quickly, French diplomats demanded bribes before they'd negotiate with the US over some serious disputes. It resulted in a non-declared mini-war.

#10. The 'Battles' menu gives a pretty comprehensive breakdown that clears up your question.

#13. I have to answer your question with another. What level of roads exist in those areas?

#17. First, that's NOT a lot of spice and luxuries. You'll notice over time that they accumulate to around 20 and THEN they get alloted to the populace. If you're severely lacking in several resources, as in this case, only the most abundant resources will be dispensed and, often, you'll get no benefit from it. As to the textiles, fortunately, the game requires that you have a large quantity before they dispense any to the proles. Otherwise, you'd never be able to built units or new structures.

#18. Whoever owns the depot is footing the bill. That's why one should think twice about sharing depots.

#19. No

SUGGESTION 15: As I was playing as Russia and I had allied with Prussia, I had a large part of my army in Prussia, and I don't believe I was able to pick them up with my fleets in the Baltic.  In order to do that, I had to march my troops out of Prussia and to Kovno, where they were allowed to embark.  It seems that if Prussia is my ally, or if I have an agreement to access their lands, that I should be able to embark my armies from their lands.
My friend, you would not tell with such high zest
