Or the peace lovers' alternative, "War in the Pacifistic."
Put my faith in the people
And the people let me down.
So, I turned the other way,
And I carry on anyhow.

Since we're being silly here why don't we name it "Throat-warbler Mangrove"?

All right. Stop the thread. This is getting all too silly now... If we continue along this vein, there is soon going to be coconut carrying swallows and dead parrots all around. Then we are all going to be buggered...er I mean troubled. Yes. In trouble. Thats what I meant to say. In Trouble.

If the additional title has to be there, how about making something that describes the nature of the game, like:

War In The Pacific 1941-1945 - Grand Strategy On the Land,Sea and Air
---------------"--------------------- - High Command
---------------"--------------------- - Steel and Blood
---------------"--------------------- - Mosquitos and Malaria
---------------"--------------------- - VB vs. New
---------------"--------------------- - Rebirth of Wargaming
---------------"--------------------- - Soldiers that said NI-....

Just for clarification, victory games title was "Pacific War..." SPI had "War in the Pacific".

This game has NOTHING to do with the Victory Games board game.

As I said above,

"The exact title of the Victory release is "Pacific War - The Struggle Against Japan 1941-1945." Other than the similarity in subject matter, the Matrix/2by3 rendering and the old Victory paper-and-cardboard game have nothing to do with each other."

And I was only a LITTLE silly (had worse...). Several suggested names were seriously intended. They were:

Rising Sun, Soaring Eagle: The Pacific War
War in the Pacific: The Gods Stand in Awe
Fast Ships and Brave Men: World War II in the Pacific
Pass the Ammunition: War in the Pacific

So, don't be buggerin' - er - troublin' me! Help! Help! I'm bein' repressed! Come see the violence inherent in the system!
Put my faith in the people
And the people let me down.
So, I turned the other way,
And I carry on anyhow.
