looking forward to this game

Get ready for Mark H. Walker's Lock ‘n Load: Heroes of Stalingrad. This is the first complete computer game in the Lock ‘n Load series, covering the battles in and around Stalingrad during World War II.

RE: looking forward to this game

I mentioned Combat Leader in the general forum a few weeks ago. Not much response. They should sell or even give away the code they have (if they still have it) to an indy developer. If I was a programmer I'd want to take a look as I know if the game worked the way they said it would it would be a big seller.

Combat Leader is a game I was really looking forward to. Infact it was the game that got me to Matrix. It had more promise than Lock n Load.

Strange you can't access the old forum.

I did read some of the basics of the rule-sets and it did indeed seem interesting.  Perhaps it was too ambitious a project.

I think this year I will mostly stick to just Civilization-V (depends on the DRM), and Combat Command II.  And then.... I will see if a miracle happens and ASL finally makes it to the PC again, and hopefully not the scam that Hasbro turned it into.
