But you only have 30% more op losses IMO for 30% more training.
Of course, going from 70% training to 100% training is about a 43% increase.

the only thing I don´t get is why setting it as a training unit when you can always do training? [&:]
A Training unit (as opposed to simply a unit training [:D]) is allowed to expand to double pilots. AND you can rotate the trained pilots back to the general pool in groups of 10. Also you can only get the instructors bonus (PMA section 7 Item 3) in a training unit

So far so good on this training thing thanks to the efforts of you guys!
However, here comes the next "Q":
How does a pilot quailfy as an Instructor and thus enter Training Command? Is it at least 81% Exp, plus at least flown 1 combat mission? Also does his Experience/Skill with say Air/Ground, etc need to be at a certain level as well?
Not really all that clear on this issue...
Thanks,
Lrfss

Could someone tell me where this info is re Training units? I'm unable to find it and playing the Allies the method described above doesn't work. Is this a Japanese thing only?
Belay that, I've just found out why I couldn't create an Allied training group. The ones I tried were attached to restricted HQs.
So the only thing I need to know is were is the info please.

When assigned to a unit he has to have >85% exp. If he's in the reserves the figure is >80%.

How are Instructors plucked from Training Command? I have pilots in Training Command but when I ask to get an Instructor it says none are available. Confused on this point.
