xAK Tenyo Maru, Shell hits 7, on fire

CA Louisville, Shell hits 1
as the enemy was landing at Nauru yesterday I was pretty sure we will find some ships there today and sent in two heavy cruisers (both coming alone from two different directions) and I have deliberately chosen to send them in at daylight as I expected to see them performing better than during the night... and? Well, Houston used up all her main gun ammo for one hit during daylight a couple of days (hey, must have been one of those bad die rolls?) and what was Louisville doing today? Using up all her main gun ammo for no result either... sorry, but Allied ships are performing bad by default and a good result is a super lucky die roll... DAYTIME surface combat! And then look at the dozens of engagements the IJ had so far in the SRA, note the difference?
You might wonder where the second heavy cruiser is, well, Louisville retreated out of the hex due to no ammo anymore, the other cruiser parked in the hex RIGHT NEXT TO THE ENEMY TF AND DID NOTHING... yeah, compare this to the bullet prove vacuum cleaning in the SRA... you know, I think I do have a reason to rant some time...
