The Empire struck at Tennant Creek and annihilated our supplies there. Both fighter squadrons have been pulled back, sans a plane repairing. The outcome of the assault was heavily in our favor even though the armor has yet to make it back to town.

There is little doubt they will attack tomorrow, so the B-17s have been ordered to attack from a mile altitude. The Wellingtons did not fly today so hopefully they will join the raid tomorrow. The 70th needs to make 14 more miles to be part of the defense. Keep your fingers crossed!
