For some reason bombing troops with a high level of fortification often gives a blank result, but bombardments by naval or land artillery will get some casualties. I sent hundreds or Russian aircraft against the Japanese fort at Heiho [level6] for zilch result, but on the same turn my massed artillery [something like 2500 guns] wiped them out! [:D]

Obviously, I am not playing this one with stacking limits! [;)] I want to find out things like the above difference between air bombardment and artillery attacks.
