AA Ranges - You will get hit by medium and heavy flak when you go in below 10k. The ceiling for medium flak is around 9k (I thing some is 9600), so for your bombers set them at 10k unless you know there isn't any large flak units there.
Kweiyang - If you get lucky here, I would think about getting that supply line open to the Chinese. If you are able to get enough supplies shipped into Vietnam to feed that massive army in China, just let them head east to cause Erik headaches. Just their shear numbers can cause chaos.
