Here is the pertinent rule I think:
"Invasions allow your land units to attack enemy held coastal hexes that touch upon a sea area to which you have transported the land units. You may only invade an enemy controlled coastal hex that has at least 1 all-sea hexside (at least part, but not necessarily all, of this coastal hexside must touch upon the sea area where the TRS is located)"
I've attached a pic of Greece. I don't see any all sea hexsides in th Athens hex nor the Patrai hex that touch the sea areas of It Coast or E Med.
Separate Q: can GE align Bulgaria on the same impulse that it DOW's Greece?
another Q: I've been told that when DOW'ing a minor as GE/IT, only 1 of the 2 should DOW otherwise it's 2 USE rolls. This would only allow 1 of them to get surprise effects (double air etc). So for example if attacking Yugo, only GE should DOW not GE + IT. Is this how it works in MWIF?
