[Q] How do you import a no nav zone?

There are import and export buttons in the no nav UI, how are they used? well, the import part, export works as expected.

All it seems I can do is select an existing zone and then import points into that zone which breaks that one.
Also seems a little glitchy - a couple times when I closed the ui and opened it back up then the import that I did has an extra listing like it did get imported.

I think at one point I figured out how to do it but I can't quite figure it out now, maybe I am just not seeing something.

Attached scen has one zone near the Bosphorus, and in the zip is an export that is in that area too.

I can confirm AlGrant's reference. I've used the method he references and it works fine.
