Yes I do, nothing seems to work other than hiding the task bar via Windows 10 settings as CapnDarwin suggests. Hope there is a fix for this soon!

I figured out how to stop the task bar from covering up the bottom part of the game screen (without using auto-hide): In the startup screen "Change Settings" Graphics section make sure that the "DESKTOP SIZE" button is yellow and the "Window Size:" text box is blank.
