Today St. Ruth and I tested Matrix's Desert War 1.0.4 update file. Everything looks good. Can't be long now.

The patch is not installed in the game. It is downloaded, decompressed but does not install the content.

I have already solved the problem, I have installed the game again and it already works

1. Launch the game.

2. Click on the Check for Update button in the lower right hand corner of the launch game menu.

It appears the patch file is zipped. So you need to unzip it and then install it as normal (i.e. double click it).

The update worked fine for me.

Yes I have, but like many others over the years it hasn't work for me in ages.
I have also tried after clearing my browser. Its a bit odd that patch 3 update works fine ,but the latest.

Just tried it again from both links no luck. I have tried D/l several other game patch without problem, this is very much 1.04 specific

I've downloaded it 3 times with no problem. Very strange.
