I'm pretty sure I fixed it but I will look again.

Revisiting the Battle of the Atlantic

I am playing the Axis 1939 at AI historical in Beta 5c.

It is now January 5 1940, so 4 whole months into the war.
I have constantly deployed my subs to the Atlantic (first the starting 2 subs, and from november on, 3 subs).

All my torpedo's must be duds, because I sank (drumroll.......) ZERO merchants.
Count em: ZERO.

The only thing I sank thus far was 1 Escort, but I suspect that one went down after hitting a rock (because the Captain was rolling on the floor laughing at my pathetic submarines).

My only comfort is, that I lost no subs.

What is going on here???

My save:

UPDATE: Hold on. Watch this:

The Brits HAVE lost ships, but my combat reports said I sank zero every time. Weird.

I got the 0 merchants sunk report EVERY turn since I started. So UK is now down 27 merchants and I was never told so. Only on the casualties screen could I see what really happened.

So the reports are broken now.

Great. Don't forget the messed up FOW during turn execution. It is still there. Just a reminder.

And any news on the manpower front after fixing the double dip?

Latest patch is also doing this for me every turn.

I thought i was super unlucky. then saw casualty screen, definitely sinking stuff
