SU maneuvers around Vologda and sets up attack along Dnieper

Attack along Dnieper after Zhukov commit is: 41.5:15 +4.1 before winterized bonus.
There should be +6 winterized bonus by my count (4 units across river halved + Zhukov using eng + 2 armies and 1 MTNDIV from west side of river).
Red Air is 1 bomber with 1 5 point FTR avail to counter from d-town.
Axis have many air options shown. There is 3-2 AA in the attack.

How will axis air fly?

42 JF i7 (continued):
After the air combat goes the way of USSR with the JU-87B shot down (PIL survives), and a great AA roll (-1/5 lowest roll 5) aborts fully the Italian Ju-88, the Soviet assault goes in through the snow at +10.x. Fractional roll is 2 and the odds become +11A. To add insult to injury the great Soviet luck continues with a 20 roll for the combat. The Red Army pours across the Dnieper to occupy the hex while the Wermacht units ordered to defend in place form hedgehogs that are quickly isolated and destroyed.

Can’t remember the box CW ship is. How many points do I get?

I believe I get 5-7 surprise points and CW takes A.

If so, go with maximum damage to subs.

If CA is aborted sail to closest port.
