And then there's Vampire Weekend, which is a different ball of wax/kettle of fish/metaphor of your choice.

My preference is for 'scintillating cubit of curios'. Of course, it doesn't make any sense. And noone's ever used it in any meaningful fashion. But I chose it as my daily metaphor choice.

And what if I wanted to make a simile of my choice? You gonna stop me? What about an analogy? A paradigm? An allegory? Honestly, Zilch, who are you to tell me what alliterative is acceptable on this site today?

Hey Zilch-

Are you enjoying the NFC East this year? Such a quality division! [:D]
I'm looking forward to a high draft choice. Maybe now the Eagles will stop pretending they're a good team and jettison all the over-the-hill baggage from the Super Bowl team. Ya think Jerry would take Jason Peters or Zach Ertz, as soon as they get well?
6-10 might win the division at this rate.

I know how you feel. On paper, the Boys still have some pretty solid talent. The problem-near as I can figure-is that they play the game on a field.

Like most things in Philly, you guys are living in the past dredging up animosities of a bygone era that noone-especially not Cowboy fans-really cares about. Angry about a team that was good 25 years ago? How about one that was good 35 years ago? C'mon, man-let it go already.

I could ask whether it digs at Philly fans that Cowboy fans hate the Redskins more than you lot. But I realized that me not caring what Iggles' fan responses would be would probably goad all the more. [:'(]

You're welcome to move back here and experience that for yourself. [:D]

NY Giant fans who move here are always bummed to find out that the Gints aren't No. 1 on Philly fans hate list.

I hear you shouldn't speed through Dallas right now. If you get pulled over your fine is a pair of Cowboys tickets.

No. That's sexist. They prefer "Batpeople", as some vampires self-identify as female gender archetypes.

This comment brings memories of the Jim Carrey film "Once Bitten"...
