That's some achievement you have done, shame there are no screenshots to see.

I played EarlyDoors but didn't invade Belgium/France until the Spring. By then somehow he had packed France full of UK/Commonwealth units. France still hadn't fallen when Russia joined so I surrendered.

~ German Panzers destroy Royal Marines to capture Newcastle, Edinburgh and the East Coast ports
~ Benghazi is attacked but the garrison holds. UK forces push westward through El Agheila and Sirte.
~ Italian forces at Berbera include an HQ; Assam Corps counter attacks their supply line.

There are no words to express how much distruction is being heaped on the Allies.
Almost every unit is being destroyed in 2 strikes by combined arms.
He seems to know where every unit is..

~ Germans push south through Birmingham and Cambridge and North into Glasgow to sever all convoys to UK
~ The Mad Max horde sink a UK carrier in St Georges Channel
~ ITA Garrison abandons Benghazi
~ Indian Garrison fails to hold Berbera stranding the Assam Corps; damn, really thought they'd hold

The destruction is unparralleled

~ The Chinese forces in the North are routed at Paotow; shakes fist at carrier-borne aircraft
~ Reading and the remaining Scottish towns fall in the UK
~ Mohawk and Graf Spee go down with all hands off the Southern Irish Coast
~ A German Corps and Panzer Division driving out of Tripoli (not the DAK I don't think) surprise the Commonwealth Forces and recapture Sirte; Anti-tank and Tactical Bombers are lost
~ German 1st Army is on manouvres on USSR border
~ Spain mobilises for war; gulp

I can understand your pain and feelings as only those of us that had played against Fafnir know the awesome performance of the undisputed master of WiE. On the other hand, only those players that had played against Fafnir will fully understand the game! [&o][&o]

1. I learned myself hard way you can't leave Manchester empty. You can buy a garrison, you may also send one from belgian Congo.
2. Closing space between UK and Ireland may also prove usefull for different reasons, one quickly became apparent in your game.
3. Keeping your planes outside of Axis bomber range is also important, you rarely need them close to the coast anyway.

Looks quite grim, but losing UK is not the end of the world, if you can buy enough time. Though it got attacked pretty early, so...

~ ....ULTRA....reports German Maritime Bombers re-located to Greece
~ Pros-Axis coup flips Iraq
~ Due to a bug in the game, British Somaliland forces unable to deploy at Berbera
~ Foreign Office reports Turkey now at 99% axis mobilisation
